Job Title: Counter Sales Associate

Summary: Our Counter Sales Associate is self-driven and responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations within our retail stores including sales, estimating, and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers over the phone and in person
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks
Qualifications:
- General computer skills required
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
- Experience with metal buildings preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to computer software systems
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
- Ability for cross training in other areas of the plant
- Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
