Proposals & Requests
Our sponsorship proposal and request process has been designed to allow companies, organizations, and individuals to present all opportunities in an efficient and direct manner.
If you would like to submit an opportunity for consideration, please start by submitting your proposal via the form below. You will be asked to summarize your opportunity and provide any sponsorship brochures/flyers and marketing material you might have so that we can evaluate your opportunity properly. All applications must include a current copy of the requesting organization’s W-9 form.
Deadlines
Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by our marketing department. You should expect to receive an e-mail response from Prime within 2-4 weeks after we receive your proposal.
Submissions
Please fill out the form below if you represent an organization or special event seeking sponsorship. Prime will only review submissions with complete information. Submissions must be received at least three months prior to the event for consideration. All submissions are final.
