Proposals and requests
Our sponsorship proposal and request process has been designed to allow companies, organizations, and individuals to present all opportunities in an efficient and direct manner. Eligible applicants must represent a local community organization or a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. If you would like to submit an opportunity for consideration, please start by submitting your proposal via the link below. You will be asked to summarize your opportunity and provide any sponsorship brochures/flyers and marketing material you might have so that we can evaluate your opportunity properly. All applications must include a current copy of the requesting organization’s W-9 form.
Deadlines
Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by our marketing department. You should expect to receive an e-mail response from Prime within 2-3 weeks after we receive your proposal.
