Prime Metal Buildings & Components is proud to announce the grand opening of its new flagship retail store in Stephenville, marking an exciting new chapter for the company and its customers throughout North Texas.
The new location is situated at 3237 N. U.S. 281 in Stephenville, officially replaces Prime’s original Dublin retail store and represents the company’s largest retail operation to date.
At 48,900 square feet, the new retail store significantly expands Prime’s capabilities and positions the company to better serve contractors, ranchers, businesses and property owners across the region.
“The move from Dublin to Stephenville is about creating more opportunities for our customers,” said Austin Brown, co-owner and CEO of Prime.
“This facility gives us the space to increase production capacity, add new equipment, and continue improving the speed and service our customers have come to expect.”
The expanded facility includes additional manufacturing equipment and roll-forming capabilities designed to support growing customer demand.
Among the planned additions is a new board and batten panel roll former, scheduled for installation in September.
The investment will increase production efficiency and help make one of the industry’s most popular panel profiles more affordable and readily available to customers.
Prime is known for its industry-leading service, including 24-hour turnaround on custom- formed sheets and trim, helping customers keep projects on schedule and reduce costly delays.
While retail operations have relocated to Stephenville, the company’s former Dublin facility will continue to play a critical role in Prime’s growth strategy.
The Dublin location will be dedicated to expanding Prime’s structural steel fabrication operations, allowing the company to increase production capacity and reduce lead times for pre-engineered metal building customers.
Prime is currently investing in several major upgrades at the Dublin facility, including the installation of a new hot rolled saw and drill line, additional welding stations and additional fabrication equipment.
These enhancements will strengthen Prime’s ability to support commercial, agricultural and industrial building projects nationwide.
